Step 5: Hooray!!! It’s Your BIG DAY!
Step 6: Return the and/ or tuxedo to us, and the security deposit will be refunded after we check the condition of the returned items.
Please note we only accept cash or INTERAC e-Transfer as payment methods.
For all suit, evening gowns, tux and wedding dresses, there are 2 parts of costs, the rental fees and the security deposit. The rental fee and security deposits depend on which gown or tux you rent.
Wedding gown rentals is from $400 to $750 for 3 days, a full set of suit rental is $220 and the tuxedo rental for $280 for 3 days.
The security deposit for each gown is $400 to $800, while the suit and tux is $250.
The security deposit will be payable to us before the gown and/or suit and tux are picked up and will be fully refunded when the attire returns to us as they were.
For wedding dress rental, we suggest to schedule the fitting appointment 3 -6 months before the wedding. Since it will be more accurate and the dress styles are up-to-date.
For dress sale , we suggest to arrange a consultation 9-12 months months before the wedding. Since the measurement will be more accurate.
Our studio is by appointment only. At Love Deities, we provide personalized attention to every couple. A fitting appointment for wedding dresses usually takes 45-60 minutes to try on 3-4 styles. If the groom also needs to fit suit or tuxedo the same day, an additional 30-minute session will be arranged.
We offer one-time free fitting. To schedule an appointment, a $20 refundable booking fee is required and need be sent via Interac e-Transfer to reserve your time slot. This fee will be fully refunded after you attend your session.
Fitting sessions are generally seheduled on weekend afternoons, and we typically conduct fittings once per week. Availability on weekdays is very limited.
We sourced our wedding gowns from Hong Kong, South Korea, Canada and Europe. They are from small brands that will not be available in prominent bridal boutiques. The brands will not be revealed to protect the business of the designers of the wedding dresses.
We carry sizes from size US 0 to 18 and we carry both zipper back and corset back designs to fit brides in different sizes.
Sorry but no… We continuously have new wedding dresses coming in, we grew from 12 dresses to more than 50 dresses. The styling shoot is also ongoing. If you have a particular style you are looking for, please let us know when you make an appointment with us!
The rental period is 3 days, beginning on the pick-up date and ending on the return day. We allow a 3-day rental because we do not want our couples to rush to pick up and return the wedding attire.
The rental will not change if you need the attire for less than 3 days. The 3-day rental applies to 1 single order and the rental dates cannot be split.
You may discuss extending the rental period with us, but it is subject to availability and additional cost will be applied.
Yes, we are delighted to bring you a new dimension of sophistication with our exclusive tuxedo and suit rental service at Love Deities from August 2023. From dashing and sleek to bold and classic, our collection of meticulously crafted tuxedos and suits are designed to make our grooms stand out on their special occasions.
We can only offer simple or small modification and alterations services as all the dresses are for rental. We cannot adjust the length of the dress. There will be additional cost if the modication as it will be done by our tailor.
We carry designs with corset back, so the wedding dresses can shape the voluptuous of our brides.
No, we will be taking care of the cleaning. The rental has included basic cleaning and steaming services.
No matter your pre-wedding or wedding is happening indoor or outdoor, it is fine with the some strains, but we do not cover the cleaning for wine strain, oil strain or large area make-up strain.
It depends on the level of the damage and/or stain, we may charge an extra professional cleaning fee or repair fee if the damage or stains are repairable. However, the renter will be charged a full deposit and rental fees if it is beyond repair or late return for more than 3 days since we will need to replace the attire and/or refund any future bookings.
It’s a pleasure that brides love our collection. Therefore despite rental, we have started offering sale on wedding dresses. Prices range from $1000 or up, varied by brand and style, from classic simple satin dresses to sparkling ball gowns. It takes 3 to 6 months and is tailor-made in Canada, Korea or Europe. If you prefer owning a one-of-a-kind wedding dress tailored to your unique style and size, we are here to help.
If the event changes due to unforeseen circumstances or postponement, a new rental date is permitted, subject to availability, but no refund on the deposit.
No, as we have reserved and prepared the gown and/ or tuxedo, suit for your Big Day.
Switching from a previously reserved attire to another available attire will incur an additional 25% service charge based on the rental. It also depends on the availability, but we will try our best to arrange it.
We offer red evening gowns for brides to do simple tea ceremonies and if they want to wear the evening gown again during the reception. But we do not carry Chinese wedding gowns (Qipao or Gua).
