My wife rented her wedding dress from here, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lily was very helpful throughout the process and made everything easy.  We needed an extended rental period because of travel, and she was happy to accommodate that. We also had a tight timeline and needed the dress within a couple days of ordering, and she made sure everything was ready on time. I cannot recommend Love Deities Wedding enough! The selection of dresses is truly fantastic, offering great variety and superb quality. I took my dress all the way to Hong Kong for my autumn overseas wedding, and everyone raved about how beautiful it looked! The owner Lily is an absolute gem. She is super nice and went above and beyond, offering lovely suggestions and providing so much helpful advice to prepare me for everything that would happen on the big day. She even generously lent me some beautiful accessories! Given my overseas wedding timeline, Lily was incredibly flexible with the borrowing period. Upon returning the dress, I was worried because I'd made a small tear, but she was so easygoing and kind about it and didn't deduct any of my deposit. (Future brides, please protect her beautiful dresses—she is truly deserving of your respect!) I want to thank Lily and her neat little studio for her excellent help and service in finding two wedding dresses, one for our pre-wedding photoshoot and another for our wedding day. Always on time for appointments, she is so patient and understanding, even when I didn't know what dress I was looking for or liked. Lily was able to accommodate superbly and adjust things on the dress to make it more comfortable. Her studio has a good range and variety of wedding dresses, all in pristine condition. First, I must give my highest praise and sincerest thanks to Lily for making my last minute wedding gown and tux search so transparent and hassle free. Other companies had a wider selection, but the service and availability for rentals and customer service was far superior with Love Deities. I do not say this lightly as I only review items and companies that I believe absolutely deserve good/bad feedback to help others make better and informed decisions. The biggest factor for my review is that Lily truly has her heart in the right place with her business and I said this to my family and friends after my first ever fitting appointment and once again after the return of her rentals. I'm so glad I chose to rent from her for numerous reasons. Love Deities made my search very easy with online photos to browse for ideas as I had absolutely none and do not regularly wear dresses.  Lily was patient with me and my partner from day 1 to now, my very delayed Google review over 1 month later. She cleared up every single question before, during, and after my first fitting.  Even thinking ahead by taking photos for my partner when I was not available on a different fitting day. The flexibility of working with Love Deities made my wedding possible when we had only a few weeks to coordinate every other aspect at the same time - these rentals were the easiest part. I know business is just business to some people, but Lily made me feel much more than just another customer in all of our in-person and email interactions and this is why I decided to take time out of my day to give a 5 star review to personally recommend Lily at Love Deities Wedding Gown & Tux Rental if you are a bride and/or groom looking for a rental on your special day.
